"An extremely warm welcome at the hotel with great support to park the car using the hotel parking. This was very secure, convenient and good value compared to local car parks. The hotel staff offer a friendly and personal service doing everything they can to give you a great stay. The room was as booked, very clean and the location was perfect for seeing the sights on foot. "

"WiFi is not fully available on sunroof particularly in the covered area which are more enclosed. Also, more staff should be made available during breakfast peek time. Today I had to wait standing a significant amount of time for service. Staff got confused as to who was next in line which resulted to in an unpleasant incident were staff tried to correct me telling me I wasn’t next when I was…. "

"staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities such a spa and I didn’t get to try out their breakfast either but I did swing by the piano bar and it was cute. Overall I am super thrilled with my stay here and for somebody visiting Seville and Spain for the first time this hotel was perfect. they even upgraded my room for free at the time of check-in to put me into the main hotel which I was super appreciative of. Also most of the staff actually spoke Spanish very well so communication was very simple. In short I highly recommend I would give this place like a nine out of 10"

"Good value for money. Basic but clean and everything needed for a short stay. Twenty minute walk into the old town. Reception always had people there whenever I went in and out. Room cleaned and clean towels done daily."
