「Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too...」

「到达的这天正好是西班牙的三王节，酒店很热情地一一介绍，还帮忙定了弗拉门戈的门票，早餐也不错有些菜品会变化，就是蔬菜少了一点。地理位置优越，离景点近基本都是10分钟左右，离西班牙广场稍微有点远，大概20分钟步行。」
