「Customer service was fantastic. We could check in early and check out slightly later to accommodate our late flight. Everyone from the reception staff, catering, and beach team to the cleaning staff were so kind and helpful. The service from every person at Miramar stood out to us over other hotels we have visited. The only downside I’d say is that the pool is relatively small, and the rooftop is generally too crowded to enjoy, but you can clearly see the size and area restrictions in the photos...
