"Avoid this place at all cost. The management is unreachable. I checked out 5 days earlier due to family emergency, the host agreed to refund the unused days if I contacted Travelocity about the change, which I did. After that it turned into a ghosting game by the host. Property manager never responded to multiple requests for refund. The too much rules and restrictions. They do not provide clean towels and the beds are really uncomfortable! Not worth your time and money!"

"Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again. "

"For my first visit to Colombia, I chose to stay at Firenze Lofts based on the description in Expedia and the recommendation of my friend who lives in Medellín. Our room was bright and open and had a beautiful view of the city. Having a small kitchen in the room was very convenient.
