"Tuvimos una situación complicada en una de las habitaciones, de tener un percance complicado el espectacular equipo de trabajo convirtió esta dificil experiencia en una estancia inolvidable. Gracias Emilio a Luis Guillermo y a todo el staff del hotel por acomodar nuestras necesidades. Sin duda alguna volveremos a comer pizza y a disfrutar de una rica taza de café. "This hotel is a freshly built hotel. Pros: - super great location - secure - the security team are one of the best, no one leaves or comes in without them knowing - And how can I forget ladies at the front-desk very helpful, they helped us book our tours, resolved every issues. Gave us advice on how to enjoy Medellín and where to go, and how to be safe, there smiling faces makes you feel home and warm. - Hungry? Or up for a fresh made juice or drink? On the first floor you have one of the best restaurants and I mean it one of the best in the city. - for the price it’s a steal. Few suggestions: There isn’t a microwave in the rooms which is really needed if I want to heat up food quickly or a public kitchen would be nice. I know the swimming pool is under construction but will be good to have this amenity ready. Thank you GG group."
