「What I like the most about the Hotel was how they treated us, all the Security Guards were very nice and polite, the girls in the Restaurant, we loved the pizza, Santiago the guy in the bar, the server also incredible people. Save place and area . Thanks for everything」

「El hotel tiene falencias en la calidez de sus empleados y en el mantenimiento de varias zonas. No es una buena relación precio- valor!」

「Muy cómoda la habitación y todo muy limpio」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s aesthetic was beautiful, and you can tell so much thought went into the details. Everything was incredibly clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the Le Labo bath products were such a nice touch! The staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, such a lovely experience and definitely a hotel we would recommend to anyone visiting Cartagena!」

「Personal amable No hay conserjes que reciban al huésped. La comunicación es mala Bar, muy restringido la carta de licores Desayuno excelente」

「The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.」

「Little mishaps here and there but I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.」

「Las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y maravillosas,Loraine y la otra chica de recepción,100% recomendado para su estancia」

「Great place to be in Cartagena」

「Muy comodo」

「Place was very clean. The area is not really safe. There was no microwave, fridge , or anything. The safe was not secured correctly. Over all the only thing that was good about this place was the cleanliness.」
