“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

No issues for chairs at the beach or pool. Could use a few more activities from the staff during the day and not have big gaps between them.”

“I had a very good stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The room was large, modern, very clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and great views. The location is excellent. It’s very convenient and you can easily walk to many restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and different areas of Cartagena. It’s a great base for exploring the city while still being able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.
