讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Good in general. It’s a brand new hotel in the heart of the modern tourist area with plenty of restaurants nearby and 2 blocks from the beach. It’s pretty and the rooms are nice with great views. However, maybe because they just opened a few weeks ago, some things need fine tuning. For instance, there is no hot water, which was a major deal to us. It’s important to have this option for people who want it. Also, the mattress was hard as a rock and a very odd thing happened - we requested two more bath towels (the room had one hand towel, one mat towel and two bath towels) and we almost had to beg for these. They wanted to know exactly why we wanted two more towels and asked to see the two that originally came with the room. They finally gave them to us but made a huge deal about it.
Power goes out a few times every day but just for a few seconds. But it’s scary when it happens the first time and you don’t know what’s going on. We had room service and did not like the food at all but the natural juices were delicious. Very expensive too. The buffet breakfast was great and included several local dishes as well as the usual. Great service too.
No parking. You can hear absolutely everything from next door. The guy on the other side of the wall wouldn’t stop coughing and we heard it as if he were in the same room. Same with conversations and cleaning.
