Very unpleasant experience, the hotel is nothing like the pictures, they were probably taken when the hotel was built.it is very outdated and limited supplies. When booking this hotel it provided infon such as blow dryer and iron machine available. This to tel has about 48 rooms you these item are not available, you have request it amd wait for when it becomes available which it took two day for sister to get it Also no blankets, you have to request them, the bed only has sheets and very old. I was surprised to get a message from the hotel on the fees of tjeu get damaged…🙈 they were already very old. Only one side night table available, the other side was empty for me. In my sister room the mofjr tables was wobbly. The tile on the shower looks like falling of off, the sink and mirror very old and rusty. The door to get in, you have to use a key. Pillows not very comfortable, the worst was to find cuckarachas baby ones and a about 6 beside the bed. The room is spacious and had a kitchen which we dosm use but the clubbers doors falling off, again this is the nature of being old hotel. Didn't care too much about that since we didn't need to use it. It had a fridge. The positive is that is close to everything and the beach but in that area there are many other hotels and better one for the same price. Our trip was split to be in Cartagena in Decber then January to return back to Canada and we didn't book the same hot and this one was not good. A low budget one in my opinion

Hotel is nice, on the newer side , service was good concierge was amazing. Location is great! However, I Had cold water my whole trip. I was locked out of my room numerous of times on my second night. While everyone worked to get me back in I eventually had to move floors. Kinda messed up my stay worried if I have to go downstairs just to get in my room everytime. The rooftop was beautiful. Breakfast was just ok. Overall my stay was ok.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful no matter the time of day I spoke with them. The hotel is beautiful and is conveniently located by everything you need on a trip to Colombia. I loved my stay here and would easily stay again and and again when visiting Colombia. My Ubers to the walled city and everywhere else I went were only about 15 mins tops!

Three hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly, the pool was relaxing, decent assortment for breakfast, and the location was very convenient to a lot of things in the area. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was no hot water in the shower. Out of the 6 days I stayed, I only enjoyed a hot shower once. The other days the water was either room temperature or lukewarm. The second issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed had no cushion and felt like you were sleeping on the floor. I came there to relax but needless to say it left me with a lot of tense muscles. I hope they can improve these areas otherwise it would have been a five star experience.

Nice hotel, pretty new (3 months at the moment of our stay). All the facilities are according to expectations, working correctly. Greeting and service employee are formidable. Much more useful and friendly than reception staff. Breakfast is great if it stays as it was at the moment of our stay !! The rooms are well designed however you can hear your neighbors as if they are in the trim with you (maybe some rooms need final works check ups) The pool is small but nice !
