“Staff was nice. Hotel was dirty and moldy. Terrible stuffy smell along hallway, mold on walls. Dirty carpet. Hotel needs to be painted and cared for. Toilet leaked. TV did not work. Breakfast wasn't that great. Dinner was good.”

“I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. “Its great location and beautiful hotel. We loved the adult pool, although it can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs for everyone. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. “The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this……
