I stay at Intercontinentals around the world. My favorite hotel brand IHG. Usually do not have to ask for wash cloths. Few rough spots checking but after the smooth sailing.

Soy Local Centro Historico
Hotel smells musty and room was too. There was mold in the bathroom on the bottom of the wall and the a/c didn’t work and window did not open. We saw a large bug on the floor. Last at check in was nice and checking in was easy. We opted to stay elsewhere. Maybe it’s just us, but we decided this stay ...

Cartagena Beach Resort
The room and location is great! There a lot of restaurants and stores close by. The airport is a 7 min walk. The hostess was so nice she decorated our room for our birthdays. The only issue for me were the sheets had a lot of hair and the towels had stains
