「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「the pool view is awesome… I liked the view from my room even though I didn’t opt for the sea view… its right off the beach so you can walk down and go to the water… the breakfast was very good it had a good variety, a few changes everyday!! Here’s the bad stuff… there’s no drawers to put your clothes, there’s no microwave… there’s no sliding door for the shower it’s like missing a door I asked the house keeper she said it’s like that every room… so I asked for extra floor towels as water...

「Welcoming and friendly place to stay in Cartagena. Nice helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, free breakfast, cooling AC, 3 minute walk from the airport. While located in a more residential area had no issues finding places to eat, shop or transport to the center of the city. My only issue was the slow or nonfunctional wifi. Overall a decent place to stay!!!」

「Just dirty. Room smelled like mildew and floor was covered in debris. Air conditioning didn’t work so unable to sleep. The rooftop pool was adults only, which we didn’t know, so we’re disappointed as we travelled with kids. The ONLY good thing was the gym.」

「Location! Safe neighborhood. So close to airport that I was able to walk with my luggage. Great a/c. Cute cat who visited my room. The wifi instructions posted in the room didn't work. I suggest verifying with host before you retire for the evening. I didn't want to bother but that might be important to some people. I would definitely stay here again for an airport run.」
