“Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We had a wonderful time and our only regret is that we couldn’t extend our stay for a few more nights! Every member of staff that we encountered was kind and helpful! The pool was great and we loved all of the meals that we had at Alma (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner). This hotel is a truly remarkable oasis!”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

Las facilidades estaban impecables, el guardia de seguridad super atento y el check in sin ningún contratiempo. La habitación super limpia, con snacks, refrigerios y agua disponibles. Muy limpia, cómoda, organizada y moderna. Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos. Volvería mil veces más.……

“This hotel was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and the rooms were clean. I have no bad reviews for this hotel. We went during the World Cup and they had a big screen by the pool area to watch it. The breakfast was great!. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.”

“The breakfast was 10 out of 10. I really enjoyed it. We were able to eat from a buffet or order from a menu, which are all included in your stay. I enjoyed the pool as well. I do feel the women’s staff were very helpful and a very accommodating to us. We did have an incident where one of the workers shoved someone from my group out of the elevator. We reported the incident and were given complementary drinks and appetizers for our troubles from the manager of hospitality. She was very helpful.……
