10/10 HOTEL 5 star service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful this entire stay. They made you feel welcomed and ensured everything was always perfect. The staff here was truly the best I will always stay at this hotel when I return. I highly recommend this hotel! Close to everything. Breakfast was great , top floor hot tub was a great add on , quick room service and always helping you with anything you need. thank you for an amazing stay!

The entire staff, from reception, dining room, kitchen, and cleaning was welcoming, hospitable, & over the top kind and helpful in so many ways. A special thank you to Herman and the other kitchen staff. Several guests were there for medical procedures, and even the overhead shower could be changed for a sprayer if needed. The steam & sauna are a wonderful extra beyond the jacuzzi & gym. Breakfast & room service food was excellent. You'll miss them all when you leave.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I especially appreciated the amenities on the top floor, which include a whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, a full gym, and a masseuse. The adjacent restaurant's breakfast buffet was authentic Columbian, and very good. The hotel is very clean, environmentally conscientious, and conveniently located to banks, stores, restaurants, a full grocery store, a mall, and the Usaquen expo market and parks. The staff is also very professional and accomodating, and patient with my poor Spanish. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel. MD Dec. 2025

Love the amenities - jacuzzi/hot pool, steam room, and sauna next to the gym on the top floor. Great breakfast each morning, with variety of fruits, spreads, warm dishes to choose from. Friendly service. Clean spacious rooms, 10 min walk to the heart of Usaquen.

My first time in Colombia solo, I arrived early and the great staff nade me feel welcome and have me a room early. I was able to catch a nap. When you enter this hotel there’s this luxury smell that makes you happy. Very clean hotel and centred to help the environment. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay as there was so many fresh fruit options I was in heaven. The server was amazing and spoke English. It is safe neighborhood and has a small supermarket called Ara 3 mins walk. The room is spotless, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room was a great addition. I would recommend to anyone! The only downside of this hotel is that it’s far from all tourist activities but Ubers were about 10-15$ cad each way. I’m glad I was able to use my uber app here I felt even safer. I booked through Expedia my tours and it was a great two days here.

Go and Relax - Treat Yourself

The customer service was the best part of this hotel and next to the emazing food and eco-friendly aesthetics. I had to check in later due to my airline and they were so accommodating. They assisted with a room change due to the linens and they went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay there. You MUST have their breakfast - it’s phenomenal! Oh, the beds are super comfortable, shower pressure is amazing… room was super nice! The only downside is the location not being that close to a lot of items but very close to Usaquen Market and Ubers are readily available. Def will stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at Biohotel. Our trip started by being warmly and professionally greeted by Pilar the Guest Service Coordinator and Edwin. In the reception area, we were again warmly and politely greeted by Christian Monroy who took us to our room and made us feel ooh so welcome. Throughout our stay we were taken care of by Ramon and Joani, who treated us like family and we loved them as such. William did everything from showing us how to properly use our cable tv to helping us schedule the use of the amazing roof top Jacuzzi. Ramon guided us as to how to see the city and gave us directions to the immaculate “Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Torcoroma” church and the Ara and Carulla supermarkets located nearby. Joani always had a bright and warm smile and helped us with our room. In the mornings, we were taken care of by the dining manager Wilmar and the inspirational and witty attendants Hernan and Elbert. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety from which to choose, from eggs, soup and food to fruit, pastry, bread and dessert. Walk with a coat though, it’s cold (9 degrees) in the mornings. In our room, Yesenia, Carmen and Liliana kept our space clean and tidy while we used the gym and treadmill located on the T floor. We had an amazing time at Biohotel, it is safe, the staff are loving and caring, the rooms are spacious and clean with breath-taking views and it’s a 5-minute walk from the main city. This is our fourth time visiting and will return when next we visit.
