“Amazing! The staff was truly incredible. Sheik, the manager went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The hotel is very authentic and very much a boutique hotel that feels very true to the city. Getting in and out was very easy; there was always someone at the reception 24/7. I would definitely recommend staying here rather than a fancier hotel if you’re looking for a more unique experience in Cartagena. Thank you Alfiz for making my Cartagena trip even better! ”

“My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel and we would come back again! The property is well maintained- pools are beautiful! The staff - all of them are so friendly and responsive to the guests. They brought coffee to our room and afterwards had breakfast by the pool. We had standard room that was very spacious and practical for two women. Location is great too! Thanks again to all the friendly staff!! See you again!”
