“The staff was extremely nice, patient and helpful. The room was nice. It was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was included and was very complete. Loved it. We went up on the terrace several times (furniture needs pillows) and used the small, yet sufficient pool. The hotel is very conveniently located. A busy street does run in front of it, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it may bother you, but it did not bother us. We slept really well in our king size bed. ”

“Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days.”

Noise was not an issue for us. We spent the night out until late, the restaurant was closed when we settled in for the night. Would stay here again. Short walk from historic center!”

Lo único es que en mi habitación no había agua caliente. Entiendo que en Cartagena hace mucho calor pero a muchas personas aún nos gusta bañarnos con agüita caliente. Igual y si tiene pero la verdad nunca lo comenté a recepción. ”
