「Las habitaciones están muy limpias, el desayuno fresco y rico, tienen un excelente personal, atentas, amables, muy buena atención.」

「The staff was extremely nice, patient and helpful. The room was nice. It was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was included and was very complete. Loved it. We went up on the terrace several times (furniture needs pillows) and used the small, yet sufficient pool. The hotel is very conveniently located. A busy street does run in front of it, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it may bother you, but it did not bother us. We slept really well in our king size bed. 」

「Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days.」

「Bueno, el personal de limpieza, amenidad y comedor excelente. Único inconveniente que en la aplicación no especifican que no aceptan bebés, y ya todo el tiempo me sentí incómodo por esta situación, al grado de que no quería que mi hijo llorara. 」

「We were satisfied with our stay. Breakfast provided was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with an authentic tropical vibe. We had a room on the second floor. Noise was not an issue for us. We spent the night out until late, the restaurant was closed when we settled in for the night. Would stay here again. Short walk from historic center!」

「La ubicación era perfecta, el precio que pagamos es lo que recibimos. Cama y toallas de baño estaban limpias. Aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Lo único es que en mi habitación no había agua caliente. Entiendo que en Cartagena hace mucho calor pero a muchas personas aún nos gusta bañarnos con agüita caliente. Igual y si tiene pero la verdad nunca lo comenté a recepción. 」
