“Wow! What an amazing property in a great location. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the pool area on the roof was great, so peaceful and beautiful. We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. Want to come back!”

“We recently stayed at Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, and we truly appreciated the staff addressing our initial room concern by upgrading us to a much larger room with a king bed. The spa experience was also excellent — one of the highlights of our stay. However, our experience after the spa at the rooftop pool fell short of expectations, especially for a hotel at this……

“Unfortunately, I cannot reccomend this hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected, I only slept effectively 1 out of 4 nights because of noise in the lobby or construction, and the electronic key system constantly had issues. I did not have a working code to my room the last night and had to ask the attendant 3 times to open my door in the middle of the night. I’d especially not reccomend if you are a night owl. I won’t be staying here again.”
