“Average hotel, but excellent location and staff. Especially the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Nice pool, but renovations being worked on while we were there.”

“No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you ……

“The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken……

“The property probably needs to be rated by some metric other than the condition of the pool (it doesn’t have one) and the functionality of the air conditioning (there was none). However, if you wanna place that is snuggled up right next to the jungle, where you can hear the pounding of the rain on your tin roof and the sounds from the forest, this is the place for you. Chickens and their children make their rounds morning and evening. You can spot the occasional monkey from the balcony. The……

Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.”

“Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't. Paid for 2 hours to do the caiman for 2 people. Hotel employee gave us tour all in Spanish in the pitch black on the Amazon river couldn't understand what he was……

“The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! ”
