“Las habitaciones en general chicas e incomodas Estube en 2 habitaciones diferentes. El personal tocaba la puerta a cada momento para revisar el mini bar o para ver si la habitacion estaba limpia. Pero cuando pedias que te dieran otra toalla ellos se desaparecian y no regresaban mas La ultima noche estubimos en otra habitacion y desde las 4 a.m nos desperto un olor a quemado llamamos 2 veces aa la recepcion nu ca fueron ni dieron una explicacion. “Hermosa cabaña, a tan solo 1km de la via que conduce de LLanogrande a la Ceja. Sobria, bien decorada, con todo lo necesario para una corta estadia. ”

“Buena habitación El servicio del hotel muy malo. Llegue a las 3 pm y recibi mi habitacion una hora y media despues y en la recepción no me dieron ninguna solución. Simplemente esperar. Dice que es 5 estrellas pero el servicio de la recepción parece de un hotel sin estrellas”

“The people make it worth it, the place is nice and you will hear the cows mooing and the dogs barking as it is a farm like boutique hotel, the breakfast was execptional, and overall I would saty because they are so nice. But the sheet did have some small stains, and the toilet was flushing non stop and did not work properly plus you have about 5 mins f hot water in the shower so use wisely.”

“Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system.”

“My room was a well-equipped luxury studio apartment that included a washer/dryer (what a treat) and a great small kitchen and a large walk-in shower. Absolutely loved my accommodation. And for you gringos and gringas out there with shaky Spanish, your host, Juan, not only speaks impeccable English but is so very helpful. Highly recommend!”

“The staff was very friendly. Also the location, which was a 15 mintue drive from the airport,was very pretty with all the flowers on the outside of the hotel and the sceenery of the mountains and farms you can veiw from the window's/ balconies was beautiful. Will say its not close to any big stores or restaurants, so if need food can walk to local small stores or order a taxi to go closer to the city. Sadly, I wasnt able to experience the breakfast since i wasnt sure if i had to order at the……
