“Great value for the money no doubt about that. Independent decent apartment not far from Medellin is what exactly I want. Loved having the washer machine. Groceries could be delivered to your door. Mateo is a great guy, fantastic help, showed me around and even helped me order groceries and get a haircut. DiDi and Uber are not expensive and can take you everywhere. Sloppy hill down to the apartment and up to the main road. Good daily exercise. ”

“The staff was really friendly. Everything was on time for my 3:30am airport shuttle. Good food ayy the restaurant. The airport is just 5 minutes by shuttle, which can be organized every 30 minutes. Clean, modern and comfortable.”

“From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to anticipate every need. They checked in frequently to make sure I felt safe and comfortable, even handling tricky airline double-charge issues with Spanish-language calls on my behalf. The on-site restaurant staff carved out a quiet workspace for me, and their kindness made all the difference. The property itself is breathtaking. Every corner of the garden is immaculately maintained, blooming with vibrant color and perfectly trimmed……

“The restaurant was great. The bed was awesome. My only complaint is about the people who clean our bedroom (#711). I wasn't getting coffee, she left dirty cleaning towel in the room, she forgot to put floor towel, we only had one coffee cup for the 2 of us. We had to ask for things that should've been automatically put in the room.”
