「Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was really nice and spacious. The staff at the frontdesk were very kind and helpfull. The only downside was that nobody came and cleaned the apartment throughout our entire stay. We even asked for clean linnens because our baby spilled milk on our bed. But we never received them or even heard anything back from the host.」

「El Cielo Hotel greeted us exceptionally. The details and staff courtesy was superb.」

「I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. Also arranging prices so we don’t get ripped off. There was one lady staff, though, that was exceptional. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. 」

「Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great!
