“Almost everything was perfect at this hotel until the end. I chose to take the hotel car service to the airport and was charged twice for the same trip. The car service representative agreed that I was double charged but said she would not refund the second charge without both receipts. The driver was smart enough to not give me both receipts, of course. I had to go through my Credit Card company to void the second charge. I don’t know if the car service was owned by the hotel but they operated……

“Todo estuvo excelente. Lo único que el aire tumbaba cada rato y el 3er día estaba botando agua pero lo reporté y rápido lo arreglaron. Todo estuvo espectacular. Hicieron de nuestra estadía una muy hermosa. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un gym y jacuzzi pero no me estoy quejando. El buffet muy Fresco y deliciosa. El hotel bien centralizado y cerca de todo. Me sentí muy segura. ”
