Almost everything about this hotel is perfect! It’s in a great location, the staff is friendly, the amenities like the gym and pool are awesome! The only real issue is the size of the room, it’s definitely smaller than you would like… especially if you have more than one suitcase. However the room itself is really nice and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Almost everything was perfect at this hotel until the end. I chose to take the hotel car service to the airport and was charged twice for the same trip. The car service representative agreed that I was double charged but said she would not refund the second charge without both receipts. The driver was smart enough to not give me both receipts, of course. I had to go through my Credit Card company to void the second charge. I don’t know if the car service was owned by the hotel but they operated from a podium in the front desk lobby. This was a disappointing end to a great stay. The car service was called Bold AeroTurex Espec. Avoid these thieves.

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was the front desk staff greeting me with a smile, housekeeping maintaining impeccable cleanliness, or team members promptly assisting with any request, the level of attentiveness and dedication was remarkable. It’s rare to find a place where every employee consistently delivers such a high standard of service, but the Heiss Hotel has clearly built a culture centered around guest satisfaction. Their commitment did not go unnoticed and made my stay feel personalized and stress-free. I highly recommend the Heiss Hotel to anyone looking for not only a beautiful place to stay, but also an experience defined by exceptional hospitality. I will absolutely be returning!

We stayed in the Junior suite and had an amazing experience. Great layout with 2 balconies and a separate living room area for tv. Staff were extremely kind and always offered help where needed. For example, one day there was heavy rain when we were headed out to dinner and the front desk offered us an umbrella to borrow no questions asked! The restaurants on the lower first floor were excellent (Brayan and Sebastián were very friendly) and rooftop vibe was amazing at night with great music. We loved how tucked away this property was from all the Poblado/Provenza craziness but still close enough to walk. Will definitely stay again someday and recommend to friends.

Could never get up early to eat breakfast. But it looked good. great clean pool.. amazing atmosphere for the price. Very nice gym and spa... Fabulous staff. Only thing the hotel needs is centralized room service... hard to get ice in the room, or just anything after restaurants close at 10pm... If you want 24 hours service this is not the right hotel. other than that, its amazing.

The room was really nice, staff was friendly, drinks were under par very small at roof top and expensive,I don’t mind paying for a drink but I like to see a full glass, some people staying in the hotel were rude throwing doors & playing music at 215 am so maybe some signs to be kind & remember there are other people also staying in adjacent rooms.

The rooms are extremely small, even in the premium category. While the hotel appears relatively new, the bathrooms showed signs of mold and were not properly maintained. Amenities are essentially nonexistent, which was disappointing given the expectations. The service was also a major concern. The staff was not particularly welcoming, and the situation with the manager, Lina, was especially troubling. Communication was difficult due to the language barrier, and her behavior toward my friend was inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are far better options available with improved amenities, better service, and more convenient locations closer to main attractions.

Very lovely staff, with the exception of room service staff. Not sure the name of this lady, however she was very condescending and rude. Essentially angry that she could not do the cleaning since we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Frankly, with a bit of kindness one can go a long way especially with how you speak to your guests. If there was ever an issue, it could have been communicated in a more appropriate matter. Besides that, the other staff were very kind, helpful and professional.
