“First and foremost, every staff member gave such a welcoming vibe. From reception, concierge, garage, and all other staff, they were friendly and their willingness to help really created great impressions throughout the stay. The double room I shared with my cousin was also great to walk into. The two beds (I think queens) were comfortable and felt fresh. “The hotel is located in a nice/safe area. The staff was 100% attentive, 100% nice. The hotel itself is a quiet, Sophisticated building. The only two things I wished the hotel had was a gym and a lobby/lounge area for the guests to hangout. ”
