“The staff goes over and beyond at the hotel! My room was available early but I could tell it had been rushed with the cleaning due to an issue in the bathroom. I ate at all the restaurants on property and WOULD GO BACK! The food alone was amazing. Overall the property is excellent and a space I will return to again and again!”

“Cuando realice el check in , me dijeron que tenía el desayuno incluido , me dieron el horario de 6:30 am a 10:30 am dije perfecto!!
Estuve 3 noches , desuyene solo 2 veces , y cuando realizo el check out me hacen el cobro de los desayunos cerca de 150 usd me sorprendí , le comenté , pero me dijo que mi reserva no lo incluía , la verdad no sé si lo incluía o no!! Pero cuando en el check in te dicen que si , haces confianza y desayunas ahí..”

“El hotel es espectacular es nuestra tercera vez allí. Pero en esta ocasión tuvimos una situación con un personal del hotel, al lado del hotel hay un Cigar Bar y se visitó el mismo y luego fuimos a la habitación y ellos alegaban que se estaba fumando en la habitación cuando no fue así, era el olor del lugar donde estuvimos. Querían adjudicar un cargo adicional, al hacer el check-out no lo cobraron. Cabe recalcar que es un hotel espectacular!!”

“I recently stayed at Landmark Medellín for a short 3-night stay in a Duplex Queen Suite, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely cared for by the entire team.
