The hotel is half a mile from the subway station. You also have several malls close by. It is centrally located so you can have some rest while enjoying the sitting at your own pace. The staff is very welcoming and gracious. I recommended 10 out of 10.

Excellent communication before our arrival. The location is incredible location, close to public transport, shopping centres. Their restaurant is on the terrace on the 15th floor with incredible views of the city. Super friendly staff, welcome drinks, complemenrary spa treatment, what else could you ask for. Very clean facility, location near big shopping mall. Amazing views from 15th floor rooftop restaurant. Special thanks to Julio the bartender who was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious, service was lacking but the manager made it right.

A welcome good experience

My stay was excellent. It started out not the best the mini fridge did not work and the shower did not drain properly so i was standing in water. The next morning the fridge was replaced, and the drain was unclogged. The staff was very helpful. Helena at the front desk was wonderful!!
