Single-family house "Les Hirondelles". 2 km from the centre of Andernos, 42 km from the centre of Arcachon, 47 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 2 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: bicycles available (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Capsus" 1.6 km, sandy beach "Grand Crohot" 15 km.
"Les Hirondelles", 4-room house 100 m2. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Belle maison au calme

Maison tres agréable dans un quartier calme...3 belles chambres et grande salle à manger / salon . Cuisine fonctionnelle, équipements et électroménager suffisants, mais peu de couverts pour 6 personnes...mais la salle de douche et WC sont à refaire, trop étroit! Quartier très calme, mais construction d une maison juste à côté....pas de chance.... En résumé chouette maison dans super quartier en bordure de forêt.
