One bedroom on the main level has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, with access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining nook.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, and television.
