This lovely property features 2 bedrooms, with ample space for a small group to spread out with a formal living room, dining room, study, or den with tv perfect for family movie nights or watching the game. This home is full of charm with the hardwood floors, decorative fireplaces, French doors, and hardware. Enjoy a quiet walk through the residential area to Anderson University or a quick minute drive to downtown Anderson for wonderful dining and shopping options. Centrally located to Clemson (35 minutes) or 40 minutes to Greenville.

The bungalow was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The pictures did not really show how large the house is. Plenty of space to spread out. The covered front porch was a nice feature. The neighborhood was quiet.
