Beautiful area

This was an amazing place. Had many places you could just walk to restaurants and stores. Beautiful on the inside. We had an amazing day and definitely plan to come back. The only thing I can think of that was a bit of inconvenience was parking. But overall, a great place to take a couple of vacation days.

Incredibly cool vibe

This place is really cool! We loved the decor, tall ceilings, large spaces & 2.5 bathrooms. There are so many good restaurants w/in walking distance and it’s a very quick drive to AU. The cigar smell was a little too much for me, but didn’t bother my husband at all.

The Loft

Very easy to check in and out. Well represented and very clean and nice. My only aggravation would be the list of items to do before checking out while charging a $160.00 cleaning fee.

Coolest rental space ever!

This place was huge, extremely comfortable, and an easy place to spend a week. The cigar smell is most noticeable in the hallway and really isn’t bad in the unit in my opinion. Some noise, but nothing too crazy. There are a couple maintenance issues, but the hosts were very responsive About everything. Great location in adorable downtown Anderson near shops and restaurants.

Great Location to walk downtown! Very comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable here, as we were easily able to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. It was just a few minutes car ride to Anderson University. The beds were very comfortable and the hall bath was well equipped w/toiletries and the water pressure was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with a Keurig, pods and coffee cups, wine glasses and dinner and silver ware. We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen was comfortable enough with the four seat table. The living room with large screen tv, 2 comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa was nice for congregating. I would have liked two additional occasional tables for each chair, but the chairs were easy enough to pull up to the large coffee table. It was a very nice comfortable stay and I would be fine to stay here again. The host kept in touch with us and we so appreciate her kindness.

Anderson Pied-à-terre

With the recent birth of our first grandchild in Anderson we look forward to calling this lovely loft our home-away-from-home for many more visits. It is perfectly situated in downtown Anderson, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. It provides plenty of comfortable space and is well appointed. Once we got the placement right, the air purifiers worked like a charm to remove smoke from the cigar shop downstairs and the smoker in the neighboring apartment.

In the heart of Anderson

Very convenient location in the heart of Anderson. We really only slept here because we were so busy doing other activities throughout our weekend but all was clean. We had a bit of a hiccup with checking in but the owner was responsive and took care of it immediately. This is located above a cigar bar so if you have any aversions to that you may not wish to stay here. We found that on Friday night when we came back in you could smell the cigars from below. Other than that, it truly is in walking distance to all things in downtown Anderson and really convenient to Anderson University.

Classy Comfort

The management service was definitely one of the Best experiences I have had with property rentals. The teams support was very timely and accurate, without being intrusive or overwhelming.The property was a beautiful find, truly a hidden gem in a great location. While there was sufficient information about the cigar smell from the lounge below, I would recommend/suggest researching additional options to help, even though it was not overwhelming. I easily caught the odors at specific spots when walking through the loft. I was not surprised as the comments/reviews provided advance notice. Nonetheless this may have been a show stopper for anyone with allergies or medical conditions that are triggered by capillary restrictions. That said, I am adding Loft23 to my favorites. I provided a few minor items that I felt would make things even better, but this property does not need many touches to "set it off".Anderson is a beautiful little city. I rated this location/property easily 9.8 out of 10!
