“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. “The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is charming spacious, and had more than enough room for our group.
