「Amazing hotel. We loved every minute of our 5 night stay. Impeccable service. Fantastic facilities, including a rooftop pool with sun loungers and a fabulous view of the beach. Room were large and comfortable and super clean. Great breakfast and very thoughtful inclusions such as sparking wine replenished in the room each day and bottles of water by the pool. We had a fantastic stay, we will be back.」

「I attempted to use laundry 3 times and the app wouldn’t let me book. Out of 3 machines only 2 were working. I ended up spending 12 euros at a nearby laundry mat, a main reason I booked the hotel was to go laundry mid-trip. It’s too far from the city and parking was a pain. It was expensive and the app for street parking didn’t work. I had to leave San Sebastián in the middle of the day just to add more time to my parking. It ruined the day.
