"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "Owner was super nice and very accommodating with our change of schedule (due to train issues). Place was clean. No A/C (that we were aware of), which we opened the window. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and the people outside were a bit loud for awhile (not the owner’s fault). The only downside was we found out we were only renting a room when we arrived, not the apartment itself. Great location and close to the cruise terminals."

"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! "This is a nice quirky hotel and our apartment was very well appointed. The aircon was a blessing and while we are a travelling couple, our grandkids would have loved staying here too. Simple things like the pool being adults only from 7 to 9 morning a night, excellent food and drinks, great parking. Only three floors high but lack of a lift was a small problem"

I didnt sleep well becayse if the heat My son had upgraded and had aircon, so this needs to be considered. This was after the heatwave, I think if the temps had been 30plus outside the room would have been unuseable..."

Unfortunately, I was there on 2 of the hottest days the Rooms did not have adequate ventilation a couple of small fans provided did nothing to help. 2 nights of very hot sweaty non sleep."
