J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! Les services étaient exceptionnels, et l'emplacement était accessible et sympathique, l’hote est actif, cependant, il est important de noter qu'il manque des places de parking dédiées, mais il y a des places disponibles à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable et bien situé pour un groupe d’amis ou en famille !

A szállás sok szobából és kiegészítő helyiségből áll. Van egy a nap nagy részében árnyékos erkély is. Kicsit kicsi a konyha és a nappali az ágyak számához képest. Kissé sötét és hideg volt áprilisban a ház. Este a kisebb forgalom a jó akusztika miatt zajossá teszi a házat, de ettől még nem volt gond a pihenéssel. A bejutás nem volt egyértelmű, ha lettek volna képek, vagy pontosabb leírás, nem lett volna gond a bejutással. Az üzenetben küldött segítség használhatatlan volt, a telefonos segítség viszont megoldotta a problémát. Menet közben mindent rendben találtunk. A ház felszerelt, a szobák rendben vannak. Az elhelyezkedés ugyan távolabb van Palma-tól, vagy más uticéloktól, de az oda vezető utak könnyen elérhetőek. A tengerpart rövid autós távolságban van. A szállással közvetlen szemben kis közért található, ami idális. Bármi kell, azonnali megoldást nyújt. Összességében jó élmény volt itt lakni.

Casa amplia, cuidada y limpia. Camas cómodas. Terraza agradable a la que se accede desde uno de los dormitorios. Es como en las fotos y tiene todo lo necesario. Está a 30 minutos en coche de Palma. Pueblo tranquilo. Supermercado enfrente. Varios bares/restaurantes buenos donde desayunar y tomar algo justo en esa calle. Aparcamiento disponible en los alrededores. Éramos 9 personas. Al encender el horno y microondas a la vez a veces se bajaban las palancas de electricidad. Y si todas nos bañábamos a la vez (3 duchas, una en cada piso) podíamos quedarnos ocasionalmente sin agua caliente para la siguiente huésped que se duchara. Por todo lo demás: un 10. Los de Homerti contestaban al instante a todas nuestras preguntas/peticiones. Super amables y rápidos. Los dueños nos dejaron sin ningún problema y de forma gratuita hacer el check out a las 19:00h-21:00h en lugar de a las 10:00h, porque nuestro vuelo era nocturno.

Aconsejamos pasar las vacaciones alli. Seguro volveríamos allí volviendo a Mallorca.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable: María es una huesped espectacular, atenta a todas necesidades y siempre disponible. La casa es muy bonita, en un pueblo tranquilo donde pasar algunos días de paz, pasear y tomar café por la mañana. Siendo un grupo de 10 el comedor llegaba a sus limites de espacio, pero las habitaciones son muy confortables, espaciosas y los tres baños han sido suficientes para un grupo numeroso como el nuestro. La cocina estaba bien equipada, solo no conseguimos encender el horno :) En cada habitación hay aire acondicionado, aunque no sé si el sistema eléctrico de la casa da abasto para 5 aparatos. En general nos lo pasamos muy bien en Villafinca y aconsejamos pasar las vacaciones allí. Seguro volveríamos allí volviendo a Mallorca.

We were a group of 5. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was OK, however please check that you have fully closed the gas valve as there is no safety cut off. The street outside is busy so take note if you are in the downstairs bedroom it can get rather noisy. The house is in a pretty village with bars and restaurants. The Argentinian restaurant is good. We came to Mallorca to climb. There are a good number of crags within 30 minutes. Thanks for the tea bags and olive oil.
