With privileged views of the harbour, this house is located in Port d'Andratx and is ideal for 8 guests.
Port d'Andratx is one of the most exclusive and picturesque destinations on the island, perfect for those seeking luxury, nature, and tranquility.
The outdoor area of this two-story house is undoubtedly the favorite spot for our guests. You can relax in the private chlorine pool, which measures 3x3m and has a constant depth of 1.50m. On the terrace, you’ll find a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors and sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Inside, the house is designed to offer maximum comfort. The induction kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The bright living and dining area provides a cozy space with a Smart TV and a fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying pleasant evenings. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On this same floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A third bathroom with a shower completes this floor. If you’re traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
A stroll through the port is a must, where you can enjoy the maritime atmosphere while watching luxury yachts and traditional fishing boats. The area is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and boutique shops where you can savor local cuisine, especially fresh seafood. For nature lovers, a visit to Sa Dragonera, a small protected island and natural park, is an excellent option for boat trips and wildlife observation. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, don't miss nearby coves like Cala Llamp or Cala Moragues, perfect for soaking up the sun and sea in a more private setting.
