[+] The views were wonderful and location. Plenty of seating. Washing facilities. There were toys and games for us to use as well as some store cupboard staples. [-] Fans were old and dirty and without air con it would have been nice for them to have been updated as night times were a bit uncomfortable with the heat. There was only one kettle to share between the upstairs and downstairs floors and the kettle itself didn’t work very well. (Switch wouldn’t stay down so wouldn’t stay on)

Wir waren das 6. Jahr infolge hier. Waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Der schöne Blick auf die Dracheninsel, das Meeresrauschen, die schöne Wohnung. Es passt einfach alles?

Très belle location comprenant 2 logements complètement équipés et communiquant. Idéal pour 2 familles. Chaque logement dispose d’une magnifique terrasse tous juste au dessus de la mer. Vraiment magique !

Rigtig fin beliggenhed, fantastisk at vågne op til bølgeskvulp og til at se solen gå ned bag drageøen hver aften. ‘Downtown’ Sant Elm er en 4 minutters smuk tur ned ad gaden, langs vandet, ned til en god bager med de lækreste croissant’er og friskt morgenbrød. Ligger nær ved gode vandrestier. Flere muligheder for gode børnevenlige strande nær ved. Flere gode spisesteder lige i nabolaget.

Sehr gute Erfahrung mit Homerti gemacht. Vor Antritt der Reise in regelmäßigen Abständen über das weitere Vorgehen unterrichtet, vor Ort gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Über die Unterkunft: sehr gepflegt, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, da beide Wohnungen gemietet: schöne Zimmer, herrlicher Ausblick von Terrasse und Balkon; Platja de Sant Elm ca. 700 m entfernt, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern.
