The perfect relaxing home

We loved our stay. The restaurant across the street has amazing coffee, then a walk to the water was the best start to the day. Cliff jumping outside your door. Since we stayed with family and friends it was very nice to have three suites and not just be one big house. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was a shock was that the electricity and water was not included in the price.

Lovely house in a really special area. Maria was a wonderful host who was always quick to help with any issues and give wonderful recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. Marina di Andrano is a lovely town with two excellent restaurants and the Malibu cafe at the end of the drive did excellent cappuccinos with a spectacular ocean view.

We had a wonderful stay it was a family reunion. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend time together. The villa had breathtaking views .The pool was a joy for both adults and kids . The beach across the road was wonderful. The host Maria was so attentive and very quick to respond to any thing needed.Franco the owner of the Malibu cafe/ bar across the road was a plus to the trip . We will definitely return there

Andrano di Marina Ocean Villa

Fabulous location and lovely house. Maria, the property manager, was extremely helpful and so pleasant. The house was clean and modern yet maintains its rustic charm. The area is quiet and peaceful but close to bars and restaurants. The Malibu caffe / Bar across the street was a bonus. Thank you to Franco and the girls. The food and drinks were excellent and the children could go alone for ice cream and soft drinks. Another bonus was the pizza oven on the back patio. We had a fun evening making pizza. The beach with lounge chairs and refreshments was a 3 minute walk down the street. Very convenient when we were not by the pool. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Thank you Maria!!

A week in Puglia

A great villa - with extensive and flexible accommodation. The outside areas are lovely , everything spotless and well equipped. The sea is over the road and there are a couple of beach bars and restaurants in close proximity. The swimming is excellent. So all in all a great spot and we had a great time.

Fantastic place

We really enjoyed our stay in Marina di Andrano. This kozy villa gives a very nice starting point of an fantastic area. The owner helped us with reservations for Wineries and transportation whenever needed. When you don`t want to og out, the villa provided us with all that we needed to enjoy our stay and prepare our food back home.

Ett perfekt hus på Italiens klack

Ett perfekt beläget hus nära havet. Huset är mycket trevligt inrett och har en fin pool. Ägarinnan Maria är mycket hjälpsam och ger alla goda råd man behöver. Det går bra att promenera ner till det vackra havet för att bada. Det fins även en fin strandpromenad. Huset ligger i en intressant del av Puglia kallad Salento. Det finns många intressanta utflyktsmål i området. Det är bra att hyra bil och då kan man på ett enkelt sätt besöka alla vackra genuina städer, badplatser och kulturupplevelser. Vi hittade lätt nya delikata restauranger varje dag! Vi besökte en keramiker i den fina staden Tricase - Branca Ceramiche - och fick själva måla och jobba med keramik. Det var en av resans höjdpunkter. Vi kan ge detta vackra och perfekt belägna hus våra allra varmaste rekommendationer. Vi är mer än nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka.

WONDERFUL SEAFRONT VILLA

A wonderful seafront villa with stunning panoramic views, this Villa is set on a promontory overlooking the Green cave on the Adriatic coast. During clear, sunny days one can see Fano island Greece and the mountains of Albania. The charming atmosphere recalls the Greek architecture, making your stay even more fantastic. The villa is surrounded by well-maintained lawned garden, with typical Mediterranean vegetation, buganville, dry stone walls and located in a peaceful Lido Garden. The House is ideally positioned for visiting many of fascinating UNESCO places...

PARADISE!

....wonderful stay at this property! Even before we arrived, the owner was incredibly helpful with information about the area and answered all of my questions. He greeted us (my husband, 2 young children, and parents) upon arrival and showed us around the house. And, the house is beautiful, as the pictures portray. It is literally right on the sea and the outside deck is absolutely amazing. The listing description was absolutely accurate with regards to location, layout and facilities. The location was fabulous, in front a good bar-restaurant Malibù , aside from the beach in front of the house, there are several beautiful beaches within short driving distance. I would absolutely recommend this property to others looking to get a taste of one of Italy's finest regions; it was relaxing and beautiful and all that we had hoped for.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir waren eine Woche mit 9 Personen da. Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen im ersten Stock mit zwei Mal drei Schlafzimmern (jeweils mit eigenem Bad). Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, jeweils mit Küche und Terrasse. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss, sind sehr nett und für Fragen immer ansprechbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool und zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter. Der Felsstrand direkt vor dem Grundstück ist angenehm ruhig und das Wasser ist superklar - Badeschuhe sind aber notwendig. Eine kleine Strandbar (Malibu) ist direkt gegenüber. Ein paar Meter nach rechts gibt es ein Strandbad mit Badesteg, mit Kabinen und Strandbar, wo mehr los ist. Die Grotta Verde ist fußläufig erreichbar und ein tolles Erlebnis. Unterwegs kommt man am Beachclub Cochabamba vorbei, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Ansonsten lässt die Infrastruktur zu wünschen übrig, Bäcker und Supermärkte sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen (5-10 km). Marina die Andrano ist eher ein ruhiger Ort, aber die benachbarten Städtchen Castro, Maglie und Otranto sind einen Besuch wert. Zum Abendessen ist z.B. die Cantine Menhir in Minervino di Lecce (Weingut mit tollem Gartenrestaurant) sowie die Masseria Nonno Tore bei Tricase (sehr authentisches Essen in der Pampa).

EXCELLENT

The villa is beautiful, spacious, much better than the pictures. You have the feeling of being in the country because there is a lot of green in the garden; but nice that you have swimming pool and the crystal water sea at home! What more can you want? Couldn't have asked for better. The next village Marittima is equipped with all kinds of needs. The location was great right on the beautiful road costa Leuca Otranto and from there we went all the historical sites. We did a lot of walking because the storic streets in the ancient olive trees are perfect for regeneration. Truly an excellent choice.
