"Absolutely wonderful stay! It was my first solo holiday trip in years & I was feeling anxious about going alone. However, I needn't have worried, the staff always made me feel very welcomed & 'at home'. A special shout out to Lulu (Lucrezia) & Nicolas on the Animation team for their positivity & charm! Lulu ran morning stretching classes by the pool & afternoon gentle yoga by the beach. Having yoga on the programme was one of the reasons I opted for this hotel, along with the spa facilities, gym & indoor heated pool. I was given a room upgrade & the room was beautiful, overlooking the pool and sea, with a seated area to relax in with welcome water & fruit. The outdoor pools were very cold but I still braved them everyday & on the last day it was very refreshing from the heat. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have one heated outdoor pool. The indoor pool, jacuzzi & steam rooms were lovely to warm up in after too although could do with a little sprucing up! The staff at the pool bars & lifeguards were also very welcoming & helpful. Thank you to Dennis for finding my bracelets left by the pool & to Lukas & Marios for being lovely waiters :) The food was some of the best I have ever experienced in an all-inclusive buffet style. Plenty of choice & varied each day so as to not get bored. The views from the restaurant were stunning & the staff friendly & efficient. It was nice that they remembered me & that I liked to sit outside. I can't wait to come back! :) "

"What an INCREDIBLE stay we had in this adult only, boutique, hotel in the heart of the old city of Rhodes. We stayed in the Junior Suite Kamiros which is beautifully designed and appointed with a King size, comfortable bed, walk-in shower for two, separate WC, wi-fi, excellent lighting and plenty of outlets and places to sit. The room felt light and spacious and there was nothing we enjoyed more than sleeping with the windows wide open to enjoy the cool night air in April. The staff were so attentive - from the front desk team to the serving staff and housekeepers, everyone was gracious and happy to ensure we were well-cared for. They come to pick you up in an electric vehicle at one of the gates to the Old Town (where the cabs can drop you off), so you are not wheeling your bags on stones. As the building is historic, there are no elevators, but they carried our bags up to our suite. You are welcomed with a drink upon arrival, and a lovely bottle of wine in the suite. Breakfast is freshly prepared off of their menu, with freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly brewed coffee. Chef did a wonderful job. They offer additional meals and an informative wine tasting if you wish to partake. This hotel is in the heart of the Old Town - so convenient to restaurants, sights and shopping by foot. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to pamper themselves!"

"The hotel staff was wonderful! They were so helpful and kind! The room was very quiet and comfortable with a cooked to order bountiful and a lovely courtyard for breakfast. The hotel was steps away from the old town with shopping and restaurants nearby."

"Perfectly situated less than 100m from one of the busy squares in the Old Town, but completely unaffected by any noise from the numerous cafes and bars around. The Spot Hotel is basic, with nothing other than the small-ish rooms and courtyard area. Completely fine. I stayed for 7 days and there was housekeeping once. Again, perfectly acceptable. There was someone almost always on Reception if there was anything needed. The Hotel was exactly what I wanted for my first stay in Rhodes, in the Old Town. BUT........ The mattress on the bed in Room 4 is dreadful, awful and terrible. Springs are protruding on almost the entire surface, making it a horrible surface to try to sleep on. I'm very surprised this hasn't been noticed by Management. It would be obvious to Housekeeping that there is something very wrong here, and you'd have thought they would have reported it as a maintenance issue. It was only on Night 4 that I realised it was the mattress which was affecting my sleep so badly. By then I had decided I didn't want the disruption of a room move, had that been offered. So I decided to stay. I did manage to find a fairly narrow strip of unaffected mattress that I tried to stay on during the night, but that didn't always work. In conclusion...... A really well-situated hotel, with a nice calmness to it. However, if you have booked to stay in Room 4, I would suggest you get a reassurance from Management that the issue of the deplorable mattress has been addressed."
