“We stayed two nights at Calilo and I honestly don’t even know where to start. This place is stunning. From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by crystal-clear water, golden sand, and these incredible cliffs — it’s like a dream. We learned while we were there that it took 20 years to build Calilo, and you can feel it in every detail. The whole property is full of artwork, hand-carved stone, and beautiful mosaics. It’s not just a hotel – it feels like you’re staying inside a gallery……

“The view of the room is awesome. We stayed in the jacuzzi to enjoy the whole sunset. The price of the room is more respectable comparing to other hotels in Santorini. We also love the location is with less visitors while there are few local restaurants nearby to enjoy delicacies. The service is also very nice. Just one comment that we found an empty potato chip bag under the couch near the jacuzzi when we checked in. The other part is perfect.”

“The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must. ”
