「The view of the room is awesome. We stayed in the jacuzzi to enjoy the whole sunset. The price of the room is more respectable comparing to other hotels in Santorini. We also love the location is with less visitors while there are few local restaurants nearby to enjoy delicacies. The service is also very nice. Just one comment that we found an empty potato chip bag under the couch near the jacuzzi when we checked in. The other part is perfect.」

「Reception boy is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, a beautiful outdoor bath tub and a large area balcony, breakfast included, many cats around make the breakfast time interesting. Hotel is near the town centre, about 10 min, and also close to public bus station, a supermarket is in 10 min on foot. Hotel balcony can see the sea, and it is windy in balcony, very comfortable. In all, great stay in FIRA」

「It is difficult to compare the Suite in Santorini with other Hotel rooms. Balcony was excellent with hot Jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Room had windows only on the side. The bath was in the cave, it looked strange, but everything worked and with the many lights it was very romantic. The breakfast was brought to our hotel every morning at 8:30 am and it was ok. We were helped to carry our luggage during check in and out. All representatives were very nice and helpful.」

「Mixed feeling about this hotel. Rooms are nice but you have to call and ask for everything (we had to ask for shampoo and shower gel , it was not in the room). The front desk staff were not super friendly on our check in day (they had a back and forth with our friend). Location is good and you can walk to Naxos main town. 」

「We stayed there for 2 night, the location is great where have a lot of bar, cafe and resturant near by. It’s not far to walk to the small town like Thira. The room is very cozy, however the jacuzzi was quite small and it was located under the cave of the terrace, which we were a bit disappointed as it doesn’t like the photo of the suite that we booked. 」

「The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must. 」
