Nefeli homes was the best stay we had in Santorini. Our room had the best view and the views from the hotel pool is also amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Konstantina was a very charming and helpful with very good island and restaurant information. Henri helped us out with a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast was nice with option to have it brought to your room or on their terrace. The view was fantastic and we had the 2-story room overlooking the sea with a hot tub on the deck. I would highly recommend this place, located between Fira and Oia but closer to Fira and away from the crowds at both locations but just a short drive to both. Thank you for a great stay!

The most impressive thing about this beautiful hotel is the incredible views and the amazing care of all staff members !!! The hotel was amazing. We had the room with the private hot tub and balcony and it was absolutely stunning. It was nice to come back at night and relax in the hot tub. The staff were amazing - very helpful with taxis and information.. Every morning they brought us a wonderful breakfast to our room. They had a pool right outside our room which was a nice refreshing break during the day. We found a great roof top bar near the hotel which had the most amazing views of the sunset. Highly recommend

This place is simply perfect! From when we arrived to when we left we only have amazing memories of it. The people working at the hotel are super nice and friendly. They always make sure that you feel good and have everything you need. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped and smelled very good. The view from the hotel is trully incredible. As a smaller hotel, Nefeli homes was able to provide the best service my girlfriend and I have ever received up until this point. They contacted us a couple days earlier to arrange a private taxi from the airport to the hotel. They also gave us their WhatsApp so that we can easily message them for anything we needed. If that wasn't enough, they even knew of our departure time and thus, prepared us a robust breakfast earlier than usual to ensure we had food to eat. Also, the staff was some of the most kindest you'll ever meet! Shoutout to Konstantina and the rest of the staff for contacting me and providing a great experience. To add to that, the hotel has one of the best views of Imerovigli that you'll ever see in both the day time and the night time. You get a great view of the Caldera and the hotel itself is easy to access. Feel free to use their nice pool or sit and enjoy the sites. You're within walking distance of getting coffee or food. You're also not far from other places on the island such as Fira and Oia. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are definitely staying at this hotel the next time we visit Santorini.
