"We have been staying in vrbo homes for many years and this one is our favorite one! We loved the house and the amazing property setting on the Suwannee River. It’s a rural setting, far away from congestion. I’m so grateful we found this home. We each had our own bedroom and the home was so spacious and the ice maker was such a bonus! "This house was perfect for what we needed. Quick weekend trip to some of the local springs. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay here and had plenty of space. Kids loved the bunk bed room and the dock to fish. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We have stayed in numerous rentals over the years but none had the amenities of this river house. The hosts go above and beyond to supply everything needed and are quick to address any issues. We discovered that the coffee maker cord had a short in it and within a few hours of messaging Cindy we had a new coffee maker as well as a kettle. There are more than enough linens and towels and the laundry room was also fully equipped. The dock over the river was marvelous too."

"The property was beautiful and well cared for. The house was also very well cared for. The area is a very quiet and private place. We would absolutely love to rent this property again just not through Vrbo. They were the only horrible part of the experience. Property however is definitely a five star for my family and I."

"Hard to put into words how sirene and calming this place was for my son and I. An ama,ing way to camp but still be off the ground from rain and keep the mosquitos away. The river was so peacful and calming to stare at. The shower is nice and cold, perfect for in the summer, and the enclosed bathroom was perfect. If you want to camp but still have some creature comforts, this is your place. The owners were super cool when they checked to see if we needed anything. I will be coming back for sure"

"My sister and her 2 kids along with myself and my two kiddos were lucky enough to enjoy good family time together over Easter weekend. We had the BEST time, the river level was up but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it, so dont let that detour you. It was SUPER clean, peaceful, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. My sister and I loved this home and look forward to visiting again soon.💙"

"Nice place , plenty of room in the house and out side . Great veiw of the Suwannee River with a public boat ramp next door. Floating dock needs work , " old pontoon with soft spots". The gas grill on the upper deck was unusable , needs burners replaced , if not the whole grill. Instead of grilling there , we went to Akins BBQ just down the road and had steak , it was great !
