「Cabin was very nice. Came up to do some motorcycle riding. Very clean and well maintained. Everything worked as expected. The only downside for us was the gravel driveway up to the cabin with the bikes. We figured it out though. Overall very satisfied. 」

「We stayed in town to catch up with some family. Had beautiful weather in July. Cabin was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Easy access and great communication with owners. We’ll be back. 」

We had 3 adult kids with us and they had their own living space downstairs in case they didn’t want to watch the same movie as us. 「This small, unique cottage is not elaborate, but had all the things my brother and I (Ages 79, 80) were looking for in an "out of the way" location. Shopping BEFORE arriving is helpful because the nearest Grocery is several miles away. It is in driving distance of many wonderful places to see in the NC mountains. Not for everyone - but for us - it was great!」

「I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. This house has everything you could want for an amazing week on Fontana Lake. Everything was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and every room was inviting. We especially loved the outdoor space; it was private, peaceful, and perfect for morning coffee, afternoons on the lake and a relaxing evening. 「This was a wonderful vacation spot! The house was exactly as described. What was great was there was five of us and we had plenty room to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire time.The dock was perfect, we rented a boat for a few days and were able to keep it docked at the house. There are also paddle boards there you can use at no additional charge which was great! 「This was by far one of the best places i have ever stayed at, clean, quiet, and was exactly what was advertised. If your looking for a place to stay away from commercial tourists spots this is it. The only issue ( and really not a big issues) was the cleaner showed up about 15 minutes before checkout but promptly left when they realized i was still there. I'm definitely going to be booking again !!!」
