"Their included breakfast was great and having free use of 2 washers and 2 dryers (with laundry detergent) was a huge help. The staff was very friendly, and I'd gladly stay there again."

"Upon arrival, I discovered that the fire alarm in the room was over nineteen months past its expiration date. When I raised this concern with hotel staff, Chris was very rude and sarcastic and said that the alarm was still “working” because it had a blinking light — despite it clearly being expired and potentially non-functional in a real emergency. This was extremely concerning, especially considering Norwegian fire safety regulations require hotels to maintain fully functional and up-to-date safety equipment."
