Staffs are very kind and great customer service for all the time! Restaurant also excellent foods and price and location is near 7/11 store 1 minute. Room is enough space with big size refrigerator, very clean. New management has changed hotel name from Durake to Rossa and Rossa hotel is very efficient and professional customer service supporting hotel. Great thing is all room has newly installed smart TV so that we could see Netflix, Youtube, google tv with own log-in. With cost efficient and quality of services and location, definitely top rating hotel and thanks again for all great services. I’ll gladly recommend and visit again!

I can't tell you about the room as we ended up not staying. There was an error (Expedia and.me a little) on booking. The room was booked for the following week. We showed up and the hotel refused to switch the dates. They stated a zero refund or change polcy. The would not have been out anything to just switch the days, Friday/Saturday for Friday/Saturday, and would have likely received a higher revire because we have eaten at the restaurant a few times and the food is good. The hotel is older and needs updating feom what I could see. It is not in a.great location but we had our own transportation so no big deal. For our experience this hotel cares nothing about taking care of guest or retaining guest for return visits. They only saw a quick buck right that minute. I didn't cancel because I was sure they would rent the room and keep my miney to double up in income. Very shortsighted behaviour.

The hotel is older but well kept. The room was a decent size but the water pressure left a lot to be desired. The food and service at the restaurant was great. The staff when checking in were friendly and accommodating.
