ROSE Concierge is delighted to present this charming apartment, ideally located in a quiet and convenient residential area of Angers.

This cosy 33 m² accommodation offers a pleasant setting for a stay as a couple, with family or friends. Its location is ideal, in the immediate vicinity of shops, bakeries and supermarkets, as well as public transport to easily reach the city centre or other points of interest.

Ground floor apartment with access to a shared courtyard.

This well-designed cocoon can accommodate up to 4 people.

The main room, bright and welcoming, includes a comfortable 140 sofa bed, a dining table and warm decor.

The kitchen, open and fully equipped, is fitted with everything you need: kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker and utensils, to allow you to cook with complete ease.

At night, a separate room awaits you with a double bed in 160 and practical storage for your personal belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern and functional shower. The toilet is separate. Outside, the shared courtyard offers a small pleasant space for you to relax in complete tranquillity.

The NEY district, in the immediate vicinity of parks and green spaces, guarantees a peaceful stay while being close to amenities. Public transport (bus and tram) located a few minutes' walk away facilitates your travel throughout the city.
