It is quite terrible experience that I ever have; The bedspread is terrible with blood trace and just been hidden under the pillow!! I can understand that trace was came from some female's menses but not murder,however, if hotel cannot clean it, please just change it. How dare they can just try to hide it with pillow!! We even cannot argue it because there is no one there after 8 or 9PM, I thought it is an 3 stars hotel, isn't it?? Moreover, when we try to boil some hot water for drinking by the boiling pot which hotel provided, and the power went off suddenly for whole building when we just turn on the switch!!! Howcome it happend? We didn't use any other electric device but only the one hotel served. Just unbelieve that I select the high score rate hotel but has this kind of uncheerful experience. Maybe the high score only focus on the swimming pool, peaseful location and good view around the hotel

While prepaid, we were never informed this property is permanently closed. We had a very hard time finding it, hours, and when we achieved getting there, the gates were padlocked. We honked and a caretaker came to the gate seeming surprised we were there. “Ferme! Ferme! Finis!” he cried. Showing him the reservation with picture of the chateau, he acknowledged we were at the right place. He made a phone all but still said “Ferme!” We had to find other lodgings and pay again.

Great place to stay

A beautiful and well preserved Chateau with the added bonus of having a swimming pool. The proprietor was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay here for someone who wants to say somewhere different from the average run of the mill hotel.

This was such a gem of a find! The staff greeted me by name which was such a treat! The grounds and chateau are charming. The pool is an added bonus! I wish I could have stayed longer! It is such a fun thing to get to stay in such a grand place. Do not hesitate!!!

Great hotel, hopeless reception

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and would be very highly recommended were it not for its reception arrangements. Reception is only staffed intermittently and we waited almost 20 minutes on arrival to be seen with no indication of our room number or indeed of anything. Same experience when we left for an evening meal in nearby Angers - not a soul in sight and after 30 minutes fruitless and frustrating waiting around with no-one in attendance we simply left. Upon our return the owner was just arriving and our concerns were met with little more than a Gallic shrug and a "c'est la France". This is disappointing so our advice if you have booked is to clarify well in advance your time of arrival

Un salón y un comedor con decoración acorde al castillo, y hasta con su perro y su gato dispuestos a hacerte sentir como en casa.
