Summary:
This three bedroom beach house is nestled among the gumtrees and has ocean views along the coast to Point Addis and just a short walk to the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club and main beach.

The Space:
Enjoy outdoor entertaining on the sunny deck and BBQ area or explore the secluded garden. Upstairs has open plan living dining kitchen opening onto a deck and two bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs has a separate external entrance with a double bedroom with ensuite opening onto its own private deck area overlooking the garden.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen
