「衛生狀況不好，枕頭上很多短毛，不敢想像那些是什麼毛，和職員反映後只是給了我們新枕頭，也沒有及時清潔房間。房內設計正常，好處是附近很多食店和便利店。」

「Great location. Hair dryer is not good to use, very heavy but it take years to dry my hair. You cannot cook any meat or fish in the kitchenette. 」

「Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply」
