"Rooms with multiple bed made it really easy and nice for our group of friends to stay. The main sitting area was nice to hang out. The extra fee for extra people was tough cause not everyone was able to come. "

"Great location for our family gathering. Close to Alliston and Beeton. Some noise from upstairs but overall would recommend. Very clean and spacious. Bed is low to the ground and small, other room was more of a single bed. Dining and living room was nice and clean with all necessary amenities. "

"Overall super. We have a few comments : 1- almost no water pressure in the kitchen sink, this must be fixed, really an irritant after a week. 2- all the sofas smelled very strong of wet dog. We had to use fabreez on the fabric twice to get it to a tolerable level. 3- on arrival we felt sand on all surfaces on the ground level (table, counters…), the cleaning crew must be carefull about this. 4- the upper level TV in the family room is not fonctionnal. "The owner had removed the property and we apparently booked with some kind of zombie account. VRBO had not validated the listing but kept communicating everything was good to go. VRBO did book our party of nine hotel rooms. These were over a half hour from the property and no where near the beach. "We enjoyed our stay here during a major storm. The home was very welcoming and suited our needs . "

"This is a great location for groups of adults. Lots of rooms -5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and good space to all gather in the open concept living/dining and kitchen area. The only downside was no backyard space as the community is still being developed and the back is an open constructions way. So if outdoor space is a priority this wouldn’t be a good option, at least until the yards are complete. On the others hand, being a new build everything is clean and new. "
