Business Hotel good and clean

A good hotel and clean hotel. Would say it’s a business hotel rather than a family stay. Very nice pool, sauna, hamam kids enjoyed this part the most. A very nice breakfast spread with omlette making chef available, selection of juices and so on.

Stay with family near high-speed train station

The location was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and good quality. There's no cardio room as showed in the picture. The pool was good size but the water was very cold. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and later was told it was a smoking friendly hotel which we didn't like.

The acs were hardly operational. One room smelled like smoke the other room had non working fridge. Rooms had bugs. The vale service however was great and condemnable.

Oda temizdi fakat wc ve eşya dolapları çok eskiydi resepsiyondaki kısa saçlı kadın görevli hiç kibar değildi bir şey sorduğumuzda zorla cevap veriyordu ve odamızın yerini sormamıza rağmen üst katta bakarak bulabilirsiniz dedi o anda görevli arkadaş geldi bize odamızı gösterdi.Wifi lobi haricinde çalışmıyor.

Otel beklentimizi asla karşılamadı. Oteli çocuklarımla havuzlu diye tercih ettim.Ancak otele girer girmez havuz çalışmıyor dediler. Odaya girdik sac kurutma makinesi sorunlu değiştirilmesini istedik degisteremediler. Açık bufe diye gittik aksam kahvalti saatini 8 dediler mutfak gorevlisini biz uyandirdik tabakta paketli ürünleri ikram ettiler kesinlike tavsiye etmiyorum.

I wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel was clean, breakfast ok, location good for my needs and attendance was nice but the smells of cigarettes in the room and some common areas was terrible! I asked for a non smoking room and there was a big sign on the mirror saying smoking wasn’t alowed! But didn’t work! I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel becaus of this smell! If you are a smoker, ok! But if you hate this smell to the point to feel sick, like me, forget about it!

koku ve havasızlık

Odada pencere açılmaması kaynaklı aşırı havasızlık vardı. Üstelik banyodan daimi bir gider kokusu geliyordu. Otel bir zamanlar güzelmiş şüphesiz, fakat artık güzellik yılları geride kalmış. Ciddi bir bakım ve yenileme gerek, şahsen bir daha tercih etmem.

The room was not bad but workers were terrible. Particularly girl who was at the reseption was so rude. On the other hand i made 5 days reservation but i had to go back to Istanbul where i live and I requested 4 days refund or at least half of it refund but they did not even talk to me
