1. 예약 : 호텔에 갔을 때 예약이 안 되어 있다고 해서 정말 난감했음, 호텔 로비에서 몇시간을 기다리며.. 이 호텔에서는 호텔스닷컴을 이용하여 예약을 받지 않는다고 이야기 하시길래 정말 난감했음... 결국에는 우리가 예약했던 서류 등을 드리며, 숙박을 하긴 했음 2. 룸 상태 : 룸은 엄청 큼.. 축구를 할 수 있을 정도의 방 크기임... 엄청 큼. 청결도에서는 욕실 등에서는 불편함을 느낌. 3. 호텔 주위 : 밤새 떠들고,, 싸우는 소리.. 등이 들림 4. 조식 : 예정되어 있던 조식 시간보다 약 1시간 정도 늦게 조식이 먹을 수 있었음 5. 직원 : 직원 중 남자 직원이 있었는데 그분은 정말 친절하시고 우리한테 계속 미안하다고 말씀하시는 모습이 아직도 기억에 남음..

schneller unkomplizierter Check in; sehr große, gemütliche und saubere Zimmer; freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Taxi rufen, Informationen geben, Zimmer öffnen, Koffer hochtragen etc.); die Straße vor dem Hotel ist etwas lauter, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es sehr leise; habe mich als alleinreisende Frau zu jeder Zeit sicher und als Gast zu jeder Zeit herzlich willkommen gefühlt
