The room was clean, the breakfast was a bit limited but very good, I found it enough. The minibar was empty though.

Everything was dirty, and the hotel staff were unhelpful. They kept complaining about my luggage, saying it was “too much” and that they were tired of bringing it to the room, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The only positive point was the lady at the reception. She was understanding and kind, and she refunded the remaining days of my booking after I left the hotel. I stayed only one night out of a five-night reservation.

Rahatsızlığım vardı bir an önce otele gelmek istedim.
